As a practice we are committed to quality patient care and to maintaining the best possible relations with patients at all times.
However, we do accept that from time to time patients may be dissatisfied, so we operate a Practice Complaints Procedure as part of the NHS system for dealing with complaints.
We hope that most problems may be sorted out easily and quickly, often at the time they arise and with the person concerned.
If your problem cannot be sorted out in this way and you wish to make a complaint, please let us know as soon as possible. Complaints should be addressed to the Practice Manager, who will explain the complaints procedure to you and will ensure your concerns are dealt with promptly.
